Dr. Angela K. Chambers is an accomplished business owner and operator. She holds a doctorate in Business Management from Larry Love University and Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Langston University.

Angela's entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 when she stepped into the world of business ownership as the owner of Salon Royalle. Dr. Chambers owned and operated several businesses through the years. In 2006, her husband, Tim Chambers, Sr., founded LasTop Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping, Inc., which Angela acquired from him.

LasTop Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Inc., is committed to providing professional and high-quality lawn care services to residential, commercial, and government agencies. Since 2006, Dr. Chambers has been able to use her education and industry experience to gross millions of dollars in revenue for the company. LasTop also employs felons, giving them a new beginning with gainful work on select contracts.

She has owned and operated start-up businesses in the marketing, publishing, and trucking industry. Alongside ownership, she also worked as a Property Manager with various organizations, including the City of Tulsa Housing Authority.

As a published author, Dr. Chambers is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others. She created and launched the LasTop Lawn Care Empire Program to help entrepreneurs learn the strategies and techniques needed to start and grow long-lasting lawn care businesses.

On June 8, 2023, Dr. Chambers along with her business partner, Dr. Francetta L. Mays, launched The Greenwood Beat - WFPG. WFPG is the first black, women-owned radio station in Oklahoma. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer. The station is located in the historic Greenwood District also known as The Original Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Greenwood Beat is “A Voice of Greenwood.”

Dr. Chambers is also a Founding Member of Black Women Business Owners of Tulsa, and a proud member of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce both located in Tulsa. When she is not working, she enjoys studying the Bible, reading, writing, learning, and traveling. Above everything, she loves spending time with her husband, their children, and grandchildren.
